Enable wildcards in filter find box

When searching across your list of tags in the filter find box within notes, it would be extremely helpful to enable wildcards. For example, if I have two tags called "3form_criticism" and "3rhetorical_criticism," allow me to search *criticism (or 3*criticism) and pull back the results for both those tags.
