save slide as thumbnail option

We use the sermon slide as the preview thumbnail in our weekly youtube worship service livestream.
The default image size for "save slide as image" is too large for youtube. So I have to use a 3rd party tool to shrink the image before Youtube can use it. The ability to save the slide as a thumbnail would save time.
