Preaching Mode text selection

Allow a way for us to select what information from the document gets displayed in preaching mode. Sometimes I add notes and questions for later discussion and it would be nice if those did not show during the sermon. I know we can make private notes, but we use sermon based curriculum in some of our Bible studies and it would be convenient to use the sermon document to add questions for the classes without them showing during the message.

    You can use the Handout or Questions button to mark text as being for your handout or your questions document, and it will hide it from the text view which powers Preaching Mode.
