Filter Public quotes

When we turn on public quotes for a book the quotes become highlighted. However, it would be wonderful if it were possible to pass those quotes into a document and then filter or rank them. If you could, you could create what those involved with the highlighting saw as a cliff-notes version of books. Boy, would that help my speed reading!
