Custom Tabs/Panels

It would be very helpful if there was a way to organize groups of tabs into another custom tab (so sort of like tab nesting). This would be similar to a floating panel but different. Think of it like a series of "floating panels" that are all themselves in another "floating panel" and they are all accessed by different tabs.
This would allow for efficient grouping of different resources. Maybe have an "empty container" resource that one could drag and drop just like any other resource. However, once open, this container would allow users to drag and drop other resources inside of it in the same manner than they do currently within Logos.
