Notes: Edit Note Link at top

I take some pretty long notes. I like to be able to add to the bottom of my notes. When the note pops up it would be helpful to have a link at the top that allows me to go into editing of the note. Versus having the scroll all the way down to the bottom just to reveal the edit note link. I would prefer for it to not scroll with the note, but rather for the editing link to just be available somewhere at the top, and at the bottom.
