Flag or Highlight Key References in Passage List

I would like to flag, highlight, or somehow mark key passages in a Passage List doc.
Some of my passage lists get really long, and I really like the new Headings feature to help me keep them organized. However, I think being able to mark key passages on the list would make my lists much more useful and would cut down on the time it takes to skim the whole list looking for certain key texts.
