Layouts: Visual indication when updating/updated

Provide a visual indicator that the active layout is being updated (saved) when "Ctrl+Alt+L" is pressed and when "Update active" is clicked on the "Layouts" menu. Also, provide an indicator as to when the active layout was last updated (saved).
For example, imagine the left side the title bar contains (after the logo) "Logos Bible Study - My Active Layout." When I press "Ctrl+Alt+L", the title bar displays "Logos Bible Study - My Active Layout (Updating layout...)" Once the layout is updated, the title bar displays "Logos Bible Study - My Active Layout (Last updated 10/25/23 3:55 PM)." Or it might say "...Last updated now)" or "...Last updated 1 minute ago)." There are many ways it could be implemented, but I'd like to have some kind of indicator to let me know that my active layout was actually updated when I press "Ctrl+Alt+L."
