Broken Parallel Gospels Tool

A recent update has caused two regressions in the Parallel Gospels Tool:
- There is no longer a text box to type in scripture references so that if I know I want a certain passage in Mark with parallels, I can go there without knowing the title of that section in the Gospel Harmony.
- I can no longer change what version of the Bible is used, I only get my default version.
A button was added to allow reading multiple versions side by side, but it doesn't work (and it seems like it wouldn't be that useful when we're already comparing multiple gospels.)
