Modify Feedback Hyperlinks

Currently, when you click upon a comment to see the responses and return to the previous screen, it loses its place, and you have to scroll back down the list of comments to find where you were. The hyperlinks need to be programmed to pop up in a new browser where you can close the new window and return to where you were.
Of course, I know I can right-click on the hyperlink and select "Open in a new page," but a simple mod on your side would be more convenient than having to remember to right-click each time.
