Canvas Card Info Options

In side bar under "Card info" there should be an option to custom resources to be selected. Ex: Currently, certain words are defined by NASB Concordance and Merriam Webster Thesaurus. These should be original language resources (BDAG, HALOT, BDB, etc) See image for issues.
