Comparison versions list as parallel resources

When linking a Bible to a comparison tool that uses a list of Bible versions, it would be helpful for that list of Bible versions to become an option for a collection in the parallel resources of a Bible. Put another way, make the saved lists in the Text Compare Resource Pickers available as parallel list for a Bible.
