Enhanced canon comparison

1. I would like to be able to select a book and see all the canons that mention it.
2. On the All Books page, I would like the blocks colored to highlight the antilegomena and prominent apocrypha as identified in Gallagher and Meade's The Biblical Canon Lists from Early Christianity or some similar source - there purpose being to highlight the works that one will find the most discussion of canonicity on.
