Clarify the use of type:workbook

I assumed that "workbook" was used to describe the workbooks that accompany textbooks of some type. Put another way, I thought workbooks had to be an adjunct to a book. If this is your intent, then the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology do not belong here. They are in the same format as Study Guides. There is no textbook.
