Fix ToC in LLS:NCYNCNTCHRSTNTY

Quite a number of entries in LLS:NCYNCNTCHRSTNTY strangely appear in the ToC in ALL CAPS, such as FLAVIAN OF CHALON-SUR-SAÔNE and OIKEIOSIS, although the rest are (thankfully) sentence cased. Please fix.
