Allow Notebooks to contain Notes, Passage List, Clippings, and other documents.

It would be nice to make notebooks more like actual notebooks that can hold more than just notes. Right now Passage lists, Clippings, and other documents are just floating out there instead of joined to the other research notes. Why not allow them all to be joined into a note or notebook.
