Installation of Proclaim needs to be reengineered allowing for Non-Admin users

For our Proclaim installations, we don't have Proclaim users that have Admin privileges (for virus/malware safety purposes). (I also do this for my own personal computers)
However, the installation process for Proclaim has been designed to require Admin privileges... unlike 98% of all other software on the market.
To install it for a non-admin user, the administrator must change the users status to Administrator, install it and then change it back to a Non-Admin user. If trying to install it from the User account invoking the "Run as Administrator" option, it's installed on the computer only with access to only the Administrator. Why ? (is it designed this way ??!!)
The vast majority of software on the market allows their software to be installed - without having to change user permissions - by an administrator account and all other users on the computer can then start using the software immediately.
Please change the installation process to allow for "cross-user" installation.
