Allow changing default Notes font color

In the Windows desktop app, the default font color for notes is "off-black" (RGB: 51, 51, 51), instead of true black (RGB: 0, 0, 0).
This color causes the notes to appear fuzzy (even on HD+ screens). When I select the entire text of a note, I can change the color to true black, but as soon as I type something, the font color changes back to off-black. Doing this will also cause us to lose any special formatting for hyperlinks, etc.
This makes it very difficult to work with the notes tool, which literally hurts my eyes after a while. I have heard of numerous users for many years complaining about this problem.
Please change the default font color for Notes to be true black or at least allow us to change to our own default color for this font.
