Add option to calendar widget to only show promoted events

We are struggling to highlight certain calendar events in a separate widget from our general upcoming events on our website. If an option was added to the Calendar widget to show only promoted events (or alternatively, have a way to sticky/pin events and show only stickied/pinned events) in the calendar widget, that would solve our issues.
