Highlights: Multiple highlighting/markup databases

Like how you can have multiple different layouts for different studies you're doing, it would be helpful to be able to switch between highlighting/markup systems, and save them. Because at the moment you can switch to see your markups or not, but it would be nice to switch between markup styles.
