New keyboard shortcuts not working

Maybe it's just me but the Logos v.36 shortcuts do not appear to work as shown in the Logos Help tab.
Alt-A does not work at all
Alt-C goes to the Command box, not Alt-D
Alt-D toggles the Home Page (or Dashboard), not Alt-H
Alt-G opens but does not close the Guides menu
Alt-H does not work at all
Alt-T opens but does not close the Tools menu
Alt-O opens but does not close the Tools menu
Alt-P toggles the Main window pop-up menu (3 dots at bottom of left sidebar), not the Help menu.
The ESC key will clear most of the windows after one or two presses but this is not satisfactory.
