highlight in sermon editor

I would like to be able to highlight individual words or phrases in the sermon editor so that I don't have to read the whole sentence when I give a sermon. Since I use this feature very often, the color highlighting as intended is too inconvenient for me. A shortcut or the highlighting function analogous to the resources would be very helpful here.
