Read Aloud Control Balloon

Please allow me to choose where the 'Read Aloud Control Balloon' is place in Logos 10. Currently it sits in the lower right corner and it is frequently in my way. I would like to be able to either move it around or, put it back in the 'Application Tool Bar' as it was in previous Logos versions.
