Touchscreen scrolling on Windows

When "On Air" in Proclaim on Windows, if you have a touchscreen you can tap to jump to a particular slide, which is lovely.
But, you cannot swipe around the screen to scroll the presentation, in the way you can in most apps on phone/tablet devices.
It would be really nice to be able to scroll around the presentation with a touchscreen. (The scrollbar is too small to easily operate by touch.)
