Fix Parallel Resources

LLS:42.110.20 does not show up as a parallel resource for LLS:VAT2DOCSLAT or LLS:VAT2DOCS when view documents of Vatican II in either of them, even though they both contain those documents and *appear* to have the correct milestones.
