Make it easy to read a reference in translation specified by resource

I suspect this is a duplicate request but I was unable to find it. When a resource explicitly specifies a particular translation, it is because that particular translation illustrates the point being made. The same is true to a lesser extent for the default translation used by a text. Please provide an easy way to view the reference in the required translation - it could be in the tool tip, an option in the tool tip, a separate function in the Information panel, or a separate tool in a narrow sidebar.
