Notes: Quick Anchor in a Note

When a Bible reference is typed in a note, the reference will automatically link to the passage. To make anchoring quicker in notes, it would be helpful to add an "anchor" link when you hover over the linked passage that will anchor it to that note. I've attached a screenshot as a mockup of what this could look like.
