prioritizing resources folders

Morris Proctor says we need to prioritize our lexicons, Bible dictionaries, Bibles, and commentaries. Indexing Bible commentaries is easy if we just prioritize the series. But there are 66 books in the Bible. If you prioritize individual commentaries, you don't know what you have unless you spend way too much working on it. Create folders in the prioritize resources function. Then for commentaries, one for each book and one for series. Put series first, then the individuals.
