I would like to be able to Circle passages and then draw arrows between certain portions of text

I would like to be able to Circle passages and then draw arrows between certain portions of text. This should be possible with just a draw tool of some sort, but ideally I would like it like a prefabricated circles and possibly some prefabricated lines that can be connected with a draw tool so it's not so sloppy if that makes sense.

I know I could always color code some highlights across similar passages, but it is also super useful to be able to Circle something and then draw a line directly to another part of the passage to highlight a a correlation and especially multiple correlations, stuff like that is so important.
