Visual Filters: Book Names in Non-Bible Text

For Bibles in Visual Filters—>Resource—>Bible Text Only, when all options are unselected, the name of the Bible book is not displayed. I would like to see the book name no matter what options are chosen **OR** have a selection in that same menu to show/not show the book name.
