Tabs:
Tab system for common layouts in addition to your layout selection menu. If a resource would normally open in something other than a panel, instead make it its own layout in a new tab.
This would be helpful for the library, User specific layouts, sermon preps or other tools that a user may want connected but not always visible with their normal study layout.

Right click create folder option:
I personally like to group my quick links into folders to make things more organized, The current way to do so, involves manually typing a folder name on each individual item which has to match completely to have multiple items in a folder.

Instead, how bout just do something similar to the Chrome bookmark bar? Create a folder, then allow dragging and dropping items into those folders. Folders should also allow sub-folders.

SEARCH:
You currently have 3 buttons for search- The blue icon that focuses on the passage or topic search, then a dedicated search icon that opens up an entirely different tab. Condense these and consider an option box next to the passage or topic input that allows users to check what they want to search (Bible, factbook, dictionaries, All... etc) Search panel should open up in its own MAIN tab. (not a tab in random panels)

Highlight options-- mentioned this in a different suggestion, but the highlight options could either be a simple icon with the dropdowns of options, or potentially a new thin row of choices under the main tab. Limit previews to "text" with the preview applied.
