Layouts: Logos Mobile layouts for portrait mode

Logos 10 Mobile has some different layouts available, but it seems they're designed for landscape mode. I primarily use my tablet in portrait mode, and would like to have some layouts to reflect this.
Basically, all 8 of the layouts that are shown should only be available when the screen is in landscape mode. Create another set of layouts that are essentially the same, but only show them when the screen is in portrait mode.
In particular, I'd like a portrait layout that uses the full width on the top half of the screen, but splits the bottom half into two columns.
