Layouts: Ability to Flip a Layout with one click

I can close all my open tabs. I can automatically arrange my tabs in columns etc.
I would like 1 button to rotate the layout of my open tabs.
Example: I have my bible open on the left. My notes on the right. Rather than drag and drop to re-arrange them I could then click a button and the two tabs exchange positions. Bible goes to right. Notes to the left.
