When a post goes into the local holding cell

Note I assume a holding cell rather than imprisonment without a trial, how long until it gets released and who releases it … yes, I am thinking of TIP OF THE DAY 70 … which is incomplete and been held against its will.

    @MJ. Smith was your Tip of the Day being held for moderation? I had never seen the moderation response to any post the entire time I've been in the Forums until recently. I thought it may have been due to my VPN, but happened once or twice without VPN enabled….

    I suspect it is because of the footnotes being links to the web … which is what I asked Perplexity for so they would be accessible by the most users.
