How can I Create Visual Filters f/ Factbook Tags Highlight Names not other references?

If this question has already been asked and answered, please point me to the thread. I did a lot of searching and could not find any posts that provided an answer.

Some background:
Years ago (with Logos 4) I created several visual filters that highlight each of the Judean and Israelite kings and give them a number. For example, Jehoshaphat (J 04) Ahab (I07). Though this worked, I still have crossover with names of prophets and others that my filters label as kings even though they aren’t. I’ve lived with it, but now I want to make use of the power of factbook tags for my filter.

The problem I’m facing is that I only want the name of the king to be highlighted. I don’t want every mention of the person, or pronoun, or verb form, or other title referring to the person to be highlighted. Though I appreciate the power of this aspect of the factbook tags, it becomes cumbersome to reading/studying with all of these reference highlighted through my filter.

My Question:
Is there a way to create a visual filter using a factbook tag such as person:”Ahab (king)” and have the filter highlight only the name and not all the other references to said person?
