Why is Factbook the odd man out when it comes to blue hyperlinks

In the synopsis and the results, all hyperlinks are marked with blue text. However, in the Factbook card, the hyperlink is visible only on hover … the inconsistency is annoying.

    One of my expectations with the launch of this ‘new era’ launch was a refinement of the style of the UI based on the direction that was taken with Factbook. It is indeed the odd one out.
