Speed speaking
I've viewed a couple of help videos and I have come to the conclusion that Logos hires "speed talkers" to do their videos. I have to watch 2-3 time before I can grasp what they are saying. I know, I know, I just got "slow ears" but the video makers do talk fast…they seem to rush through the video as fast as they can.
Wish they would slow down to about 170 words per minute…. instead of the 265 words per minute. 😐️

Yup. I only watched 1 this year. Between the speed speaking + speedy camera flow, I was way behind.
Because one is both listening + watching, speed-speed is even less amenable to learning as a combo.

Thanks for the feedback! Would you mind pointing me to the specific videos you feel are moving too quickly?

Requests to be able to speed them up are more common. But consider Pacific Northwest Costal speech as measured by Portland Oregon 5.83 syllables per second
Now think of Peoria,Il. at 4.71 … which do you live nearest to?Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Maybe you are talking to the OP. I live in Canada.
Videos SB average speed; vague, I know. It is hard to set a speed, aurally + visually, to make everyone happy.

Welll.. I don't have a problem with the speed of talking in Tennessee! LOL
As to the videos, most of them that I have listened to, are too fast with their talking. I think Logos gives them speed talking lessons… lol….
