Can't hide multiple books at once on Mac

Macbook Air M3. Logos10. I have 1700 greek/latin texts I want to hide. Per L help, within library, I select all, then right click and chose option 'hide books'

But option right click only gives the options of "download" and "prioritize". (same w command, control, shift).

I tried dragging books to hidden books in preferences panel, but it will only allow me to drag one book at a time, not all I selected. (again, command, control, option, shift does not help)

Help. I have 1700 of these, then another 1500-2000 manuscript pieces to hide.

It has been a long time since I have wanted to do this. I can confirm that it is not working as I expect on macOS. If you are able to adjust your title, you should add the prefix "BUG: "

This seems to be a Mac bug. On Windows, when selecting multiple books, I don't see "hide books" on right click - it only shows at Ctrl-RightClick (the idea behind that being to discourage users from inadventently hiding many books, because they can be unhidden only one by one) - but then it works.

"I select all, then right click and chose option 'hide books'"

I don't see this option on macOS. I tried dragging a selection to the "hide books" box in preferences. It only allowed one at a time despite having multiple books selected.

    You need Option right-click

Did Graham's post answer your question? It works for me (Control-Option-Click on macOS)
