BUG: Popups don't work in the "Change Book" dropdown list

There was an error rendering this rich post.

In the list of books that show under "Change Book", a popup should appear after hovering over a title for a couple seconds that shows additional book information. Often, this popup fails to appear.

This bug can be temporarily fixed by the user by clicking into the reference box and hitting enter. Now the popups will show properly. I hope this information makes it easier to fix the bug.
