In notes, in the notebook dropdown, keyboard arrow keys should be usable to select a notebook.
As of now, you can type part of a notebook name to see the notebook you want to assign to a note. (see image.) BUT you have to mouse over it and click to actually make the assignment.
It would be much more convenient and efficient if I could (1) press the down arrow to find the notebook and (2) select it with "Enter".
