Is it possible when right clicking a word to see the a different language equivalent. Meaning, if I right click lord in the NT and it show kurios, can it also show me the Hebrew equivalent?

    Others may have better ideas.

But if I wanted to do what you're describing, I'd prioritize the Analytical Lexicon of the Septuagint. Then when I right-clicked a greek word, in the Lookup section, it'd check for OT usage (LXX) and if found, a mouse-hover would show the hebrew 'alignment' (lemma match).

Another approach would be to prioritize the Lexham Research Lexicon of the Greek NT. As above, a mouse-hover would show the hebrew alignment, and also, where used.

Right-click the word, select the lemma and then choose Bible Word Study on the other side of the Context menu. The Septuagint Translation section will show you the Hebrew from which it is translated; not strictly an equivalent
