Misrepresentation????
I am a scholar and I need a copy of the Loeb Classical Library volume of Plato with the Timaeus. So I paid my money, and finally got to the text only to discover it is not a copy of the Loeb volume, it is nor downloadable, the the Loeb apparatus for finding one's place are not in the margins (as in the Loeb volume) but buried in the text. None of the notes seem to be available. As a tool for research it is next to useless. I shall go ahead and buy the hard copy from Amazon.

Is this the volume you wanted? It seems to be a full Research Edition with footnotes.

It should be downloadable. I have the greek and english texts downloaded to my computer. I have not personally familar with the print editions or what they contain but Logos books do not have separate margins so there may be differences in appearance of how things presented. I do see notes in in the english text, these look like they have not been formatted to appear at the bottom of the screen in paged viewed but show only as pop-ups.
When I read the description of the Greek Text it simply states it contains the Greek text.

And the same for the English text, it simply states it contains a translation.
Neither of the descriptions of the books mention an apparatus or notes so I am not sure I would personally expect them to have these features, but then neither does the description of the volume I found on Amazon mention them either. The Logos version are a lot cheaper is what I can say. (Note I am not in the US so looking at Amazon from another country so may not be presented with that you are presented)
I understand and acknowledge your expectations were not met, so provided you are within the 30 days return period, I suggest you look into returning what you purchased.
