Please allow for searches of multiple items on the Timeline. For example, I'd like to search for "Joel" as well as "Micah". Even better would be if you could search using standard Logos syntax like "Joel AND Micah."
Soooo, I just found out the syntax is "Joel OR Micah". So, my new request is the ability to delete a post on the forums :-)
If you put up that request, I'll vote for it!
Using an OR means you want items with Joel or Micah or both. Using and AND means you want items with both Joel and Micah but not either individually.
Thanks. I'm still using the Accordance syntax where AND means both, but neither separately, OR means both or either separately, and XOR means either but not when they're together.
Yes, Logos has not implemented the exclusive OR - but Accordance is using the standard use of the terms in logic.

I currently use Sermon Builder every week and preach from Logos in the pulpit every Sunday using Preaching Mode. Here are a few suggestions I have for the Sermon Builder function that would my preparation and delivery better: Page Breaks for Preaching Mode. I use the paging format when I preach instead of the scrolling…
I would love to have an additional option in 'View Options' that allows me to toggle on or off all of my highlighted text in the Bible. Thank you very much and more power to Logos!
See the following email exchanges for my request. ( - - initial support request - - ) Please describe the issue: I'm unable to double highlight text. For example, apply the yellow highlighter and a double underline to the same text. When attempting this only the last selected highlight is applied. The mobile app does…
Viewing notes allows the sort options; Date Modified, Date Created, or Notebook. Add an additional "book order" option. When filtering by a specific book, say "Grudem’s ST", I'd like the option to sort the notes in page/line order. This way, the notes/highlights can be read in the same order as placed in the book.…
A small suggestion for devs from a usability standpoint… please don't make us click a link to view the whole Synopsis each time a Smart search is performed. It somewhat defeats the purpose of the feature, which is to get a quick summary at a glance. Having to click "More" to see all the info every time is tedious. Perhaps…
