In the desktop app (Windows) the current beta - https://community.logos.com/kb/articles/2769-logos-39-0-beta-2 - includes a change to how ref.ly links are handled on Windows.
The current mobile app opens ref.ly links in the web app - are there plans to change this behaviour so the links are opened "in app"?
The discussion linked below shows one reason why this would be helpful
Thanks, Graham
Bump - it would be interesting to know the answer to this - @Bradley Grainger (Logos) any insight?
They open in the mobile app for me. Can you provide steps to reproduce this problem?
Example links:
In that discussion, the user was adding a link to app.logos.com. Such links will open the web app. (If you don't want that, use a refly link.)
Thanks @Bradley Grainger (Logos) - I guess the follow on question is whether there are any plans to create ref.ly links programmatically within the mobile app?
Thanks @Bradley Grainger (Logos) !
On my Android devices ref.ly also had been opening to biblia.com. To change it I had to go to the setup of Mobile Logos on Android and activate there under the supported web pages the ref.ly one. There are (in my case) 3 possibilities: bible.faithlife.com, ref.ly and biblia.com. I activated just ref.ly one. I left 2 others deactivated. In this case ref-ly started to open directly to Mobile Logos app.

Application ref.ly links in external Windows applications will open directly in Logos without opening the browser. This matches what we already do on Mac. ref.ly links in a browser will continue to open a browser…

This morning I ran a search against my Top Bibles and, when I selected the Fuzzy view, there was a suggestion to try a Smart Search instead (and I think that’s a great idea!) But when I tapped that option, it simply repeated the precise search - presumably because a Smart Search can only search one Bible at a bottom Would…

This is with Logos 40.0.0 (build 172) on my IPad (also on iPhone) I have a Books Search selected in Precise search mode To switch to a Smart search, I tap Precise (the currently selected search mode) to bring up the popup menu When I tap Smart - to select that mode - the Search switches to a Bible Search in smart mode
