The publisher has been unresponsive so far :-( We are continuing to reach out to them.
You're kidding (of course you're not). What does that even mean (not expecting an answer) …. the whole OL food-chain? Some big OL market elsewhere …
Later: I notice I didn't bite on the $500 3-vol offering. Maybe that's the issue: price.
Was just talking to a friend today about this book. It’s essential for any textual research on the Minor Prophets. Hoping to get it in Logos soon. We’ve got all the other Göttingen volumes. I’m sure the publisher will come around soon.

The NA29 and UBS6 will be coming out later this year. Houghton has updated Metzger's (and Omanson's) textual commentaries to match the UBS6 apparatus.
