Use downloaded Bible when offline

Right now, if your prioritized Bible is not downloaded and you click a Scripture link, it fails, even if you have a different translation downloaded. I think that if your preferred Bible is not in your device, the tooltip should use one that is installed as a backup.

Obviously, I'm just going to download my preferred Bible, but it was very annoying on a flight yesterday. In hindsight, I could have also changed my preferred Bible to the one that was downloaded, but it still seems like a very reasonable function to add.
