Tab Rows Feature Suggestion

I would like to recommend adding the ability to have multiple rows of tabs for a single section. Right now I have to press the arrow over and it is very cumbersome and sometimes accidentally closes resources. Having multiple rows and eliminating the arrow would be a big help.

I attached a rough example I made.
