This title shifted over time, if you're curious. It used to be 'Where Judaism Differed". I'm not really suggesting this title … I don't know enough about it. It's somewhat older …. 1972 > 1989.

But a statement caught my eye (quote):

"The Jews borrowed copiously and, it may be argued, at times unwisely, from Zoroastrian beliefs and practices, especially in the field of eschatology and angelology."

That quote came from a Lester Grabbe tome on the End Time (history of). The quote seems to have caught his eye too. And Grabbe spent quite a bit of time on Cyrus (yes, that one), and Ahura Mazda (the god at the center of Zorastrianism).

It'd be a nice addition. But I'm guessing the Logos crew is so far in arrears, there's no catching up.
