Anglican and Baptist Portfolio Library

I purchased the 2025 Portfolio Libraries and the Anglican and Baptist pages are showing I can still purchase some of the lower libraries in each of those denominations. For Anglican, it is showing I can purchase Starter through Gold and for Baptist, it is showing I can purchase Starter through Silver. All are $0 and no additional books added but is that not unusual behavior when the Portfolio Library is owned?

Sounds like it may be more a technicality of the system - it sounds like you technically haven't purchased those Libraries showing $0, but you own all the resources available in them…. Sales or Customer Service would likely be able to clarify - @Jason Stone (Logos) @Joe McCune (Faithlife) any insight?

That is what I expect to see when I have not purchased a particular product but own its contents through other means. But I have never owned Portfolio.

Typically after the purchase of a library, all versions of that same library at lower levels will show as "owned". If you are finding that to be the case will all of your libraries except the Anglican and Baptist libraries, I would think it highly likely to be a bug.

Thanks for mentioning our staff, but the best practice for potential bugs is to tag it as a bug going forward. I've gone ahead and added the Bug tag here.

Right, but @Frank Sauer wouldn't have the ability to do that, correct?

This - if there is a way for a user to tag another users post - I'd gladly do that. I wasn't aware that was possible if it is - I thought that was only available to Logos Team Members and possibly MVPs.
@Jason Stone (Logos) is it possible to '@' a user group? If so, could a @CommunityMVP group be created that could be tagged to notify all MVPs of the need for adding or correcting a tag and/or moving a post to the correct location?

Correct, @Aaron Hamilton. My comment there was actually intended for the OP.

Great idea, but not a function currently available to the community. I will see what can be done there.
There is a view for "Open Questions" found in the quick links that I like to visit often, in which this would fall into.
