Default Media and Multiple Virtual screens on multiple pc's

Hello!
I was wondering if it is normal that i have to set virtual screens and default media on each PC individual. We just rolled out Proclaim in our team. Everyone uses the same login but some devices don't have the virtual screens ready that i've set on the account aswell as the default media.
Is this some kind of bug or if the virtual screens/default media are locked on the device instead of the account.
